Do you think my dog 'Hazel is telepathic ? Every day when I come home from work she gives me a little bark to welcome me home, even before I'm in range for her to hear my footsteps.

Try earplugs, if you cannot get hold of any, little pieces of cotton wool would suffice, alternatively, pieces of soft bread or rice pudding could be used in an emergency. It is very important that you should not use crusty bread rolls -Baeky
